Eric Alexander. We thank Eric especially for agreeing to put up with us as he guided us up Mt Kilimanjaro in June of 2007. Although he did not summit himself his thoughts, ideas, stories and support contributed greatly to us making the summit of Kilimanjaro, and have also made us all look at life a little differently.
Erik Weihenmayer (the first and only blind man to summit Mount Everest) organized the team’s first trip and has been instrumental in their success. Erik has continued to offer valuable advice and share his experiences with the team, as well as help them pay for parts of their expenses.
